"That is the lowest approval rating ever recorded for an elected official in the Q poll's 18-year history, except for ex-New Jersey Sen. Robert Torricelli and ex-President George W. Bush, who were at 19 percent and 18 percent, respectively, just before leaving office."
The March 3rd numbers indicated high negatives.
